Serving as a main point of contact for bid lists and electronic procurement systems as well as review and completion of all vendor information forms. * Review and resolve issues impacting company compliance and ensuring satisfaction of legal requirements of Blackboard and customer objectives. * Advising sales management of contractual rights and obligations and provide clarification of contract terms and conditions. * Interpret contract policies, operating practices, and performance standards within the Contracts Team. * All other duties as assigned. Required Experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 2 years software and services contract management/negotiation in a high tech organization * Familiarity with legal/licensing concepts such as Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, etc. * Demonstrated negotiation skills * Superior organizational skills. * Proven analytical and written and verbal communication skills * Ability to be proactive, prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a service oriented and aggressive sales driven environment. Speed and accuracy are essential requirements for this position.
