Job Description:
Minimum/General Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, finance and economics or related discipline. Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities include proposal preparation, revenue recognition, management of indirect life cycles, pricing, negotiation, contract administration, execution of sub contracts and contract closeouts. The desired candidate must be knowledgeable of Federal Acquisition Regulation, various contractual terms and conditions and contract financial management. Education: Succesful candidate must have extensive experience and knowledge of managing Government contracts including Fixed Price, Time and Material, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Level of Effort, General Services Administration contracts. Requires the ability to independently review and analyze Request for Proposals and/or solicitations, identify contract risk, draft and negotiate teaming and subcontract agreements a must.
