Job Description:
Consults with clients to develop long- and short-term staffing strategies that support business plans. Anticipates staffing surpluses and gaps and proactively recommends solutions to client management. 2. Proactively maintains candidate databases and relationships with a focus on hard-to-fill and high-volume positions. 3. Attends and coordinates recruiting events including job fairs, open houses, college fairs, and community networking sessions. 4. Partners with client on needs identification and accurately articulates business need and position requirements. Provides client current and relevant labor market information and conveys realistic expectations for filling vacancies. 5. Scopes the job to communicate in a manner that attracts candidates who are the right fit for the position. 6. Establishes and maintains relationships with a variety of sourcing partners. Regularly assesses sourcing effectiveness and continuously improves portfolio of resources. 7. Establishes selection criteria, determines and implements appropriate assessment and selection methods, and coordinates selection process. 8. Guides entry level and experienced candidates through the selection process. Ensures positive end-to-end management of candidate experiences that enhance company\'s employment brand. 9. Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide, and drive the recruiting process. Effectively communicates status throughout all stages of the process. 10. Maintains requisition folders ensuring compliance with all policies. Basic Qualifications Knowledge: 1. Must understand advanced recruitment/sourcing techniques, such as advanced internet searching, etc... 2. Strong working knowledge of employment laws, corporate recruitment processes, and recruitment strategies is essential. 3. Demonstrated technical and business acumen, as well as consultative skills. 4. Strong working knowledge of the labor market, including diversity sourcing. Skills/Abilities: 1. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
