Job Description: The Manager cultivates relationships with recruiters to provide career and internship opportunities for Georgetown students and alumni. The Manager also serves as an employment advisor for students and a resource on industry trends and job search strategies for students, employers, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents. A bachelors degree is required, a masters degree is preferred, in addition to 2-3 years experience in a human resources, career center, recruiting position, or other professional environment. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of career development, recruitment, and hiring trends. The successful applicant must have experience with, or willingness to learn, recruiting software and have a working knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs. A commitment to working with students and employers is essential.
