Job Description: Establish and implement a yearly retention action plan. *Interview and make hiring decisions for potential candidates for the each site in area. *Event planning for Career Nights and other off site activities. *Administer personality assessments. *Prepare weekly and monthly site staffing reports measuring successful hires, attrition, source generation, and production. *Proactively source candidates directly via the internet, newspaper, networking, or other creative advertising. *Manage site recruiting media campaigns including method, content and distribution within budget criteria. *Establishing and maintaining relationships with local colleges. Qualifications Requirements *Strong Excel experience. *Two to five years high volume sales recruiting. *Ability to interface with all levels of management and diversity in a professional manner. *Able to perform under pressure and prescribed deadlines.
