Position description As a recruiter you will be responsible for filling open job orders for your clients, these positions are full time "temp or "contract positions. Responsible for new business generation calling on potential new clients as well as existing clients (cross selling across departments with-in the company) Responsible for candidate generation to fill assigned openings & generating new job orders from either their existing clients or new clients you've developed. This is a high activity position- you must be able to multi-task, work well with people, and have excellent follow-up skills ! COMPENSATION: They offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commission & full benefits ! Average FYE's = $90K-$100K Requirements: 3 - 4 years of recruiting experience in an agency setting - and their sales experience does not have to be industry specific to this position. Experience recruiting for creative positions such as graphic designers, marketing professionals, advertising, web designers, apparel designers, etc. An individual that has an interest and a passion for the fashion, retail, beauty, advertising, and marketing industries. College Degree preferred but not required.
