Determine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relationsDetermine the appropriate websites, etc. for market-specific experienced hire job postingsPlan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting eventsMaintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activitiesScreen, interview and assess candidates; recommend other interviewersSelect candidates to receive/not receive offers, determine offer package, obtain approval for offer; communicate offer/rejection to candidates and follow up on offers to achieve acceptanceAnswer non-routine questions from candidates and recruiting sources (e.g., schools, agencies, etc.)Manage the hiring and contracting with temps and contractorsImplement Line of Service (LoS)-specific recruiting programs in the market Assist with the career development of other Sourcing team membersEnsure adherence to legal, regulatory and Firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting processImplement strategic recruiting initiatives for the market.
