This individual will work with an established client and use their prospecting skills to initiate new client relationships and identify opportunities to provide I.T. contracting services to Fortune 1000 companies and small-medium market throughout VA (Richmond) and surrounding areas. Manager will develop territory by phone prospecting to Fortune 1000 companies and small-medium market businesses and are challenged to exceed quota and income goals in a short sales cycle environment. Research and identify new IT contracting prospects (Sales reps have access to top-notch support team) REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years successful experience in inside/outside sales mode with short sales cycle 2+ years IT Contracting/Staffing Sales experience highly preferred. Proven prospecting abilities having success in generating new business (Hunter) Good presentations skills both in person and over the internet. Experience with B to B sales selling to top level management, with named accounts including the ability to interpret selling situations and build relationships through a consultative sales approach. Proven success in hitting sales targets and quota. Self motivated, driven, energetic, and professional sales representative with an exceptional work ethic.
