Job Description:
Develop, implement and monitor general awareness and targeted recruitment outreach strategy, including advertising an outreach campaign geared to meet the site\'s demographic targets. * Build and manage relationships with key contacts at colleges, universities, local and regional high schools, community and faith based organizations and appropriate national and regional organizations. * Plan and implement an academic calendar of presentations, open houses, interviews and visitor days. * Direct all aspects of customer service to applicants, including inquiry and applicant tracking, processing, scheduling and conducting interviews, generating offer letters and post confirmed customer service activities. * Manage all aspects of selection process, including training staff to conduct interviews and rate candidates. * Manage all aspects of recruitment administration including collateral inventory, creating collateral and managing departmental budget. * Create and analyze recruitment reports Qualifications * Bachelor\'s preferred * Experience in management, non-profits, youth work, or education. * City Year/AmeriCorps/Peace Corps experience a plus. * Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams of young adults. * Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching teaching or managing young adults required. * Previous community service work experience in non-profit, social service, or educational settings required. * Proven organizational and project management abilities. * Ability to execute a strategic plan and motivate staff. * Ability to work as both an independent leader and a team member.
