Qualification * BS in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering required.* 10-15 year\'s prior experience.* Hands-on experience in dealing with governmental agencies required.* Prior supervisory background a plus.* Processing of organic chemicals; knowledge required.* Outstanding communications skills internally and externally required.
