Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Development, MassGeneral Hospital for Children and Nursing, he/she will be responsible for the oversight, coordination, and strategy development for the solicitation of major gift prospects and donors who are at various stages of their relationship with the hospital. While working closely with the Major Gifts team, physicians, nurses, administrative leaders and volunteers, s/he will identify, cultivate, solicit, close, and steward major gifts. He/she will also take responsibility for project-oriented activities supporting and furthering the fund raising efforts for the MassGeneral Hospital for Children and the Department of Nursing.
