The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the activities of a group of associates engaged in a functional task within a Distribution Center such as the return of goods, stocking, production or shipping. A Bachelors Degree is required for this position, as are two or more years experience. The ability to frequently lift objects up to 30 lbs is required as is the ability to endure a great deal of standing and walking is needed for this position. Additional responsibilities include: hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and setting goals for the associates under your supervision. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree * Competent in math and computer skills * Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures * Develop efficiencies within the organization while meeting or exceeding customer expectations in a timely manner * Enforce all company work and safety rules * Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations * Drug Test * Background Check
