Job Description:
The Manager of Rehabilitative Services FHOM works collaboratively with the Director of the Department to address planning and designing of services, directing services, integrating and coordinating services and improving performance. The responsibility of the manager of Rehabilitative Services FHOM is the monitoring of daily operations and assessing of staff competencies. In addition, this individual provides treatment and clinical expertise in the role under which they are licensed. Duties: The minimum requirement is a Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology with at least three years of clinical experience in respective field. State Licensure, CPR certification, and AIDS education are required. Experience: One - two years of experience in supervising others preferred. Knowledgeable of professional regulations in each of the therapy disciplines and JCAHO regulations.
