Job Description:
-- Review software design specifications for the desired Drug Court referral and client management system, as completed by Travis County, to ensure understanding of the required work effort.
-- Develop, test and deploy the specified Drug Court system, based on the completed specifications.
-- Assist with the creation of a testing plan, training plan, and deployment plan, as needed.
-- Assist with testing, training, deployment and acceptance efforts, as needed.
-- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-- 8 years Experience developing integrated applications with a Microsoft SQL database backend, including Microsoft SQL 2000 and SQL 2005.
-- 8 years Experience designing and developing effective user interfaces.
-- 5 years Experience developing with Microsoft .NET, with an emphasis on the use of ASP.NET 2.0 – VB.
-- 5 years Experience developing stored procedures, DTS packages and Integration Services packages.
-- 5 years Experience developing and managing tasks against an approved project work plan.
-- 5 years Experience developing written deliverables associated with a systems development project.
-- 5 years Experience developing and deploying within an N-tier (3 tier or 4 tier) secure architecture.
-- 4 years Experience developing and executing test plans and training plans.
-- Strong Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and the ability to interact with people of all technical levels.
-- Required Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

3 Experience in use case development and documentation.
2 Experience working with Texas county government, particularly district/county courts, to define and document functional requirements and design specifications.
