Executive Director to take MIRA to its next level of growth and development and to provide leadership in the movement for immigrant rights. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional with the determination, passion, and expertise to capitalize on MIRA\'s strong history, sound financial base, and widely-recognized reputation. The ideal Executive Director will be a passionate and articulate advocate and spokesperson, proven fundraiser and relationship builder with demonstrated experience proven through an accomplished background of immigration policy reform. Seven to ten years senior management and coalition-building experience is required. About MIRA: MIRA was established in 1987 as a member-driven immigrant rights advocacy organization. Working closely with its 114 organizational members, MIRA\'s mission is to protect and promote the rights and opportunities of immigrants and refugees statewide. MIRA works with its partners to advance this mission through education and training, policy analysis and advocacy, leadership development, and organizing. MIRA is one of the nation\'s leading immigrant rights state coalitions integrating an organizing strategy with development and execution of a clear public policy agenda. MIRA\'s goal is to amplify local leadership to realize policy change at a statewide and national level.
