The VP of Operations will encourage communication among all departments within the organization, ensuring the greatest possible success for the company as a whole. Managerial experience is required, as this person will lead our staff to identify and promote best practice standard so we can continue to achieve superlative results. Graduate level business degree is preferred; Bachelors degree will be considered with commensurate experience. Minimum five years of documented success in a strategic, operational role within physician reimbursement arena. Previous experience with Centricity Group Management preferred. Must possess strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take ownership of challenging and demanding opportunities. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. A proven track record of motivating and maintaining effective working relationships with management team, associates and clients is a must. Demonstrated ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
