The Chicago Market consists of approximately 52 physicians (41 primary care and 11 specialty practitioners) in 15 locations and with 189 employees. In addition, there are 10 attending and 48 residents associated with the Family Practice residency program at MacNeal Hospital and the Internal Medicine residency program at Weiss. Responsible for strategic planning and marketing for physician practices and physician services to achieve Chicago market goals and objectives.a. Works with key physician leaders and market executives to develop and implement operating strategies to meet the needs of the patient population and Chicago market hospitals.b. Works with Chicago market executives to develop and implement MSO services to physicians.2. Responsible for operational management of primary care and specialty physician practices.a. Provides practice management expertise to practices to implement organized delivery system (e.g. access, appointments, diagnostic test results, etc.).b. Lead the identification, recruitment or assimilation of additional physician delivery capacity either within existing practices or new opportunities.c. Provides administrative direction and leadership to physicians, medical personnel and all related personnel.d.
