Pharmacy Manager is responsible to oversee and provide quality control on prescriptions. Duties and Responsibilities Primary · Responsible for all staff pharmacist duties · Manage all pharmacy personnel · Make up work schedule for all pharmacy personnel · Communicate with Pharmacy Management · Insure complete compliance of company, state, and federal requirements · Manage the inventory including cycle counting · Handle customer concerns · Responsible for pharmacy security · Manage shrink · Manage daily workflow · Develop and meet pharmacy financial goals Secondary · Interview and hire pharmacy employees · Review new policies, procedures and programs with staff · Market the pharmacy · Train pharmacy and store personnel · Conduct performance reviews · Prepare for pharmacy insurance and compliance audits · Respond to state and federal inspections · Attend Pharmacy Management meetings · Conduct pharmacy staff meetings Qualifications & Requirements · Degree in Pharmacy · Licensed pharmacist in the state of Nevada · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
