Core business includes NAVSEA, MCSC, NAVAIR and Homeland Security clients. Requirements -Proven leadership experience and skills required to manage a $320M plus business. -Strong relationships with government and private industry decision makers. -A proven record of increasing success in the ID/IQ contracting world. -Strong working knowledge of the inner workings of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corp command structures. -Experience in the Homeland Security market desirable. -Excellent understanding of federal procurement processes and practices. -Motivated by the satisfaction of building a highly successful leadership team for a highly successful business. Responsibilities The Vice President leads a $310M plus business unit with over 1600 employees in multiple locations. The management team includes Operations, Finance, Business Development and Human Resources leaders.
