Job Description:
Work with internal organizations and teams to coordinate resources and commitments according to program timelines * Lead daily synch up meetings, follow-up actions and initiate escalations with leadership * Provide ongoing status summaries and regular feedback to IT Management regarding the Program milestones, issues and risks * Serve as an interface between various teams * Facilitate the Project Change Control Procedure with vendors (as required) and secure sign-off required by Management * Participate in weekly release status meetings * Lead and resolve any deviations from Release schedules * Help resolve project issues and escalate issues within the appropriate organizations * Review high level integrated work plan for each Release with release PMs including Project activities, tasks, assignments, milestones, estimates, issues and risks Requirements: Required Skills & Experience: * Solid program and project management skills and experience * Solid communication skills to facilitate Business / IT discussions * Sound Leadership, Facilitation, Negotiation and Conflict resolution skills * Attention to detail * Ability to interact with many different Infrastructure teams and be comfortable talking to different groups * Experience running large scale IT Infrastructure projects that involve building environments (infrastructure) for large scale application development * 8-10 years Program / project management experience * PMP or equivalent certification desired Location San Jose , CA Minimum Experience (yrs): Required Education: Not Specified Benefits: Travel required: unspecified Telecommute: no
