Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES Be an effective communicator to all subcontractors, owners, and administrative staff. Be knowledgeable in all phases of construction. Able to handle multiple tasks, scheduling, and meet tight deadlines. Must be highly organized, an independent worker, and decision maker. Must safety conscious and be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as they arise. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering required 5-10 plus years in the Industrial and Underground Utility Commercial Construction industry. General knowledge of construction principles/processes. Must be computer literate in MC squared, Word, Excel, and Suretrak. BUSINESS General Contracting, Construction Management, Program Management and Design/Build including self-perform work TYPICAL BUILDING PROJECT TYPES: Industrial, Power Plants, Waste Water Treatment, and Underground Utilities and many more. INDIVIDUAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS/PROJECT SIZES Individual projects range from $1 million to over $25 million COMPENSATION The qualified individual will start anywhere from $55-75K plus bonus potential, benefits, and much more.
