Qualifications: 5 years of Project Management experience in large commercial construction projects (hotels, schools, hospitals etc.), managing the installation of HVAC and Plumbing; Vendor and sub-contractor negotiation skills; Success in estimating and setting up accurate job costing systems (labor, material and sub-contract cost codes); 4 year degree in Construction Management (or applicable experience). Job Responsibilities: Manage the installation of HVAC and Plumbing within code requirements, budget, and time schedules; Evaluate estimate and set up job costing system (labor/materials/sub-contract cost codes); Conduct monthly reports and cost reviews; Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all parties involved.
