Project Manager who can oversee a project from inception to completion, as well as can oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Job Duties: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the owners, architects, and subcontractors Provide direction and management for the field superintendents, project engineers, and project managers Evaluate and hire subcontractors Create and manage project schedules and budgets Run project meetings and generate job progress reports Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget Job Requirements: 4+ years of proven heavy civil construction project management experience Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Must be able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Excellent computer software knowledge with: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Timberline, Primavera, and Suretrak software programs
