This position requires: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture with Architectural Registration OR Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering with a PE license and 15 years work experience (at least 8 years of field work) primarily involving science and technology type projects (ie. research facilities, laboratories, colleges and universities, pharmaceutical facilities, etc). The primary focus of this position will be to direct and manage the administrative, motivational, and technical aspects of the Construction Services Department. Required knowledge and skills should include: Construction contracts and construction law; Construction scheduling; Construction costs; Construction claims analysis; Project delivery; Construction techniques.
