The project architect must have demonstrable skills in putting together a complete building and thoroughly enjoy the process of assembling accurate construction documents. Project management, client relations and strong business acumen are ideal for a possible long-term leadership and partnering role.Education from institution that is accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board and at least six years of relevant work experience. Leadership and delegation skills amongst CAD technicians and intern architects. Ability to communicate well with clients, consultants, contractors and co-workers. Have the capacity to multi-task on more than one project; budget savvy. Licensed architects are strongly preferred. Technical building knowledge of a variety of building types will be beneficial. You must be a problem solver and able to make decisions in a timely manner. CAD proficiency required. Follow the project from proposal documents through construction.
