Develop a short and long term business plan to ensure growth objectives are met in a sustainable manner. Work with Marketing Communications team to develop a tactical marketing plan. Manage execution in collaboration with regional service leadership and marketing communications team. Measure efficacy of promotional activities and modify plans as appropriate to direct available funds to the activities that generate the highest return. Report outcomes to leadership team. Develop regional revenue and profitability targets for services within scope of responsibility. Provide tools, guidance and sales collateral to regional teams to enable them to achieve targets. Requires ability to thrive in entrepreneurial growth environment while maintaining disciplined approach to top and bottom line. Signature: ~CB~ Qualifications *This position is open to internal and external candidates. *Bachelors degree in Business, Science or Engineering *Minimum 3 years experience in marketing to Life Science, Biotech, and Pharma. Similar experience in marketing professional services to high tech industy is also acceptable. Significant academic coursework in marketing will be considered in lieu of experience. *Focused thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive plans to completion. Proven history of exceeding goals in challenging business environments. *Superior written and oral communication skills. *Ability to perform as part of a geographically distributed team. *Willingness to travel 25% - 35% Desired MBA Experience with CECOR methodology or customer segmentation. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with a high level of integrity. Understanding of FDA regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing and implications to services offered in this environment. Basic knowledge of large molecule production process.
