Job Description:
Primary area of focus will be management of digital programs specifically Search, Direct Response and Display and the agencies that provide related services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with key IM and Segment stakeholders to develop and manage digital programs that deliver against business objectives and challenges (e.g., search, direct response, display) Develop and refine T-Mobile media strategy, tactics and execution across all media to deliver efficient and effective integrated media solutions that deliver Segment Marketing s business goals Optimize media program synergies and leverage assets between target audiences (Families, Young Adults and Hispanics) and the role of media throughout purchase funnel (Television, Print, CPO/Search, Digital) Act as key liaison for interaction with media agency on all media assignments, including driving deliverables, distributing approved plans, and managing media performance reports Optimize media investment for effectiveness and efficiency Manage budget for specific campaigns in coordination with other media managers and agency partners Functional/Technical Skills Extensive experience in best practices of planning, managing and executing digital media required specifically optimization of digital direct response programs, search, display and the relation between programs. Experience developing branded entertainment programs with strong digital component; knowledge of gaming as a marketing platform desired Broad knowledge in all forms of media (offline and online) highly desired.
