Responsibilities The Creative Director position is in the Off-Air Advertising division of The NBC Agency. The position reports to the VP of Digital Advertising. The primary function is to be the driving force behind the digital media produced for advertising & promotion of the network and many ancillary businesses of NBC Universal. The individual must understand how design is used as a means of communication and maintain an overarching focus on a campaign or project to ensure materials are produced with smart, time-efficient methods, and follow a style that is consistent with the project's brand/strategy. The creative director will oversee a staff of digital designers, work as a partner to the account team, and manage all technical and production requirements for the department.~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years equivalent work experience in related field. At least 3 years of senior/director-level creative experience in an agency environment - including at least 3 years prior work as a designer using Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. At least 2 years experience with standard, rich, and emerging digital media & software and an understanding of how said media is structured and produced - including an applicable knowledge of Flash, D/HTML, ActionScript 2/3, After Effects, Javascript and PHP
