Qualifications · At least a year of experience in an office environment (preferably communications related) · Experience in an advertising agency media department or online marketing firm strongly preferred · Bachelors Degree (exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis) · Proven proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Strong communication skills · Time management skills · Proficiency in managing numbers · Also preferred: o Basic knowledge and understanding of many different types of media (e.g., print, Web) o Basic understanding of media planning process o Strong negotiation skills
