Job Description:
Coordinate all communications between internal 1) Financial Reporting departments, Operational departments, Technology Departments and underlying fund investment controllers and 2) ML\'s Service Tax Providers, Intermediate and resolve technical operational and tax processing concerns/problems effectively and in a timely manner, Provide expertise and answers to technical tax questions from the field and senior business partners, Provide analytical services to business partners that require or request additional or enhanced services, Coordinate and disseminate periodic K-1 delivery status reports to internal service personnel, Intuitively discover, evaluate and implement enhancements to provide scalability to the process of promoting document delivery and transparency and usefulness of the information provided, Communicate developments and concerns with direct line management and senior business executives proactively and effectively, Manage personnel resources for the function - currently, one direct employee Direct and monitor the work of all tax service providers effectively, Prioritize deliverables in a multi-task high-energy environment, Work effectively with personnel at all levels in our business organization, Meet or exceed actively managed expectations for services provided to internal and external clients Qualifications: CPA required, MT helpful Experience with partnership taxation Experience with one or more of the following product lines:
