The Manager of Financial Reporting will also responsible for researching and implementing new accounting standards, researching accounting and disclosure requirements for new business activities, and for developing and company-wide accounting policies manual. This person will have direct supervisory responsibility of the Financial Reporting staff and indirectly with the Chief Accounting Officer, have responsibility for all of the Companys accounting policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS: CPA certification Ten or more years of progressively increasing responsibility for preparing and / or auditing SEC financial filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K) for financial institutions of comparable size to or larger than BOK Financial ($20 billion in total assets). Ten or more years experience in researching accounting issues and complex transactions. The candidate must have the ability to present these issues and transactions in terms that can be easily understood by a non-financial audience. Must be current with the most pressing issues and latest thinking by the FASB and SEC staff.
