Manage and monitor medical collections staff in a growing, dynamic medical billing company; management and client reporting of claims outstanding and patient collections; audit accounts for provider action (refund or outside collections); investigate and implement web access and opportunities for claims resolution and status reporting. Requirements: Medical billing experience, including claims and patient billing processes. Candidate must possess experience in commercial and federal/state claims regulations and compliance standards. Must also have working knowledge of Coding certification not required, but helpful. Medical billing software experience necessary, Misys Tiger is preferred. Please include all billing work experience along with specific software(s) used.
