Job Description:
The Primary responsibilities will include reviewing Statutory and GAAP results associated with the accounting for losses on monthly and quarterly basis. This will include General Ledger and Sub Ledger analysis, Inter-company balances reclass and ensuring internal controls are current, adequate and appropriate. You will be expected to work closely with other business units within Commercial Insurance Group including the profit center, comptrollers and actuarial. The candidate will be expected to take a leadership role, inclusive of training, within the group as we look to take advantage of our newly implemented accounting system (TPAIR) and drive a more efficient and effective closing process. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field with five to seven years Managerial experience. Must have excellent communications skill both written and verbal.
