Job Description:

Healthcare contracts to ensure compliance with ARAMARK policies and procedures. Position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, best practices and ongoing compliance with internal and external controls. Work situations vary and require development, analysis, interpretation and implementation of policies, practices and procedures. Position works closely with senior managers across all functions to strengthen internal controls, optimize company growth and profitability. Position will also be responsible for various special projects, to include: -District Manager Audits -Certain Rate Justifications -Compliance with Department of Transportation Regulations -Payroll/Overhead Conversions The key functions (Compliance, Contracts and Audit) of the position will include: Sarbanes Oxley, Section 404 -Provide leadership in the implementation and maintenance of internal control and business process improvement initiatives. -Identify areas that impact the reliability of financial statements, audit and review selected accounting practices and internal controls over financial reporting pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404 and ARAMARK Policies and Procedures. -Review and update business process and internal controls (i.e., policies and procedures, business processes) in both narrative and flowchart form, as required by Sarbanes- Oxley, Section 404. -Design a comprehensive test plan (field and corporate based), coordinate and execute testing and implementation of any required remediation of deficiencies. Review and finalize testing results. -Develop and execute an on-going process for monitoring, testing and reporting compliance throughout the Division. -Identify risks or opportunities to strengthen internal controls and present recommendation for process improvement initiatives to senior management. -Integrate required changes through development and execution of a comprehensive training program for Division, Region and Operations personnel specific to Finance.
