Job Description:
Responsible for the execution of all bonds on assigned accounts, or for the direction of Account Representative to execute bonds using proper forms, powers of attorney, riders, bond numbers, surety seals - Bid and Final Bonds Input bond detail into Sagitta to produce invoice - Final Bonds Submission of new bonds to surety company - Bid and Final Bonds Process all consents of surety, overrun/underrun billings, riders, cancellations on assigned accounts Process renewals on assigned accounts within established time line Interact with client and surety personnel Document all phone conversations with clients and surety personnel Answer in writing all account differences within established time line Establish, update and maintain bond files in an orderly manner
