Establishing and maintaining quality relationships with hotel owners and general managers by communicating with them on a frequent/regular basis. - Act as the customer advocate within the MSI organization. - Provide the customer with progress and follow up on any high profile or escalated items. - Increasing sales to existing customers in order to meet a monthly quota. - Participate in presentations and tradeshows as required. Experience: - Previous hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience required. - BS/BA in hotel management, business or related field preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
