Responsibilities Urix, a leading provider of healthcare analytics and predictive modeling, seeks an experienced healthcare executive to support a key health plan customer headquartered in Chicago. You can work out of one of our offices (Boston, Massachusetts, or Cheshire, Connecticut) or from your home. You'll be travelling roughly 15% of your working time. In this job, you'll serve as the first point of contact for the customer. You'll manage all activities related to implementation for the client, including: identifying the client's business and reporting needs managing project plans to ensure that Urix meets key deliverable dates documenting client business requirements testing and verifying client data providing user training and support on the products writing reports monitoring service-level agreements You'll manage each account and relationship to the absolute satisfaction of the customer. Qualifications To qualify, you'll need five to ten years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry. That must include experience with healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and employer group reporting. You'll need to be familiar with claims, membership, provider data, and standard healthcare metrics. And you'll need the demonstrated ability to understand technical terms, technical solutions, and IT systems.
