We are searching for a hands on Quality Manager with solid leadership skills and ability to convert them from quality system. Candidates with a basic process understanding of high volume precision machining operations is strongly preferred. This position will manage the quality operational system, inspection, customer quality requirements, auditing and policies and procedures. Past experience documenting control plans, work instructions and corrective actions is required. Solid metrology skills and the ability to train inspectors and operators is preferred. This position will play a major role on the company\'s management team and continued growth. They offer a strong benefit package, retirement and career growth.MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of Quality Engineering and Quality Management, knowledge of automotive quality requirements and basic production machining process knowledge.
