Job Description:
The Software Trainer is responsible for delivering software-related training sessions utilizing generally accepted adult education principles to attain pre-determined learning objectives. Technical courses and material may deal with complex situations including cross product instruction. Instruction may be delivered with a variety of media to include physical and virtual classroom environments, such as synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, webinars, and virtual student coaching. We are seeking associate to mid-level candidates who have a college degree in business, training, technology or finance/accounting plus one to seven years of training experience. Applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as well. This position is based in our headquarters office on the banks of the Willamette River in eastside, downtown Portland, Oregon. Associate-Level candidates (1 to 3 years of relevant experience) and $50K to $55K for Mid-Level candidates (4 to 7 years of relevant experience).
