This position reports directly to the President of Construction. It is responsible for quality leadership to the project team to satisfy the project goals with regard to scheduled completion, quality and profitability. The Project Manager will supervise multi-family construction, and will be responsible for project planning, assisting in the development of the budgets, selection, review and approval of subcontractors and suppliers. Responsibilities include project administration, subcontract management, and project cost controls including requisitions, field purchases, back charges, and extra work orders. Special/Unique Qualifications: Must have 4 years college degree in Construction Management or related discipline. 10 to 15 years experience in same field required and candidate must exhibit high level of professionalism and leadership qualities. Must have extensive experience in construction management software applications, preferably Prolog Manager, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Primavera Suretrak. has established itself as the country's leader for multifamily residential developers with its ongoing broad base of multi-family industry research, financial strength, and local market knowledge.
