Job Description:
Assist in final contract negotiations as needed to facilitate early involvement and participate in the review of scope items. * Monitor progress of sales efforts in regards to unresolved items of scope, contract and sample selection. * Coordinate overall project schedule with key functional areas including engineering, production, delivery, erection and close-out to meet contractual commitments. * Oversee schedule compliance through periodic monitoring of key functional milestones, including the coordination with customer schedules. * Work directly with the Design Team Leader in the front-end design development process to insure timely responses to RFI\'s and submittal review. * Facilitate economical and efficient designs by engaging production and erection in pre-engineering reviews of project details. * Accountable for overall gross margin preservation and improvement by effectively overseeing all facets of the design development, production and field process. * Accountable to resolve all potential impacts to budget and gross margin. * Work directly with the estimating manager in the selection of subcontractors and the ultimate contract development to ensure complete and manageable scopes of work. * Review, monitor and coordinate the erection progress including work of all field subcontractors, including the post-erection remediation of the product. * Accountable to control of all budget variances, throughout the life cycle of the project including shipping, erection and field remediation. * Accountable for the execution of an efficient, disciplined, project management process is the sole responsibility of the Sr. Project Manager. * Maintain customer satisfaction for each project in order to ensure repeat business.
