In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 3307, a maximum entry age of 36 has been established for initial appointment to a position in a Bureau of Prisons institution. The representative rate for this position is $59,944.00 per annum ($28.72 per hour). Key Requirements: U. S. Citizenship Required. Please see Special Conditions of Employement Section. Major Duties: What are the Major Duties of this Position? The incumbent will be responsible under the direct supervision of the Factory Manager for planning, production and scheduling of the manufacturing cycle so that equipment and manpower in all departments are properly utilized and products are manufactured to specifications. The incumbent will maintain a manual production schedule which specifies what items will be manufactured, when the jobs will be released and when the job will be completed.
