Job Description:
The individual selected for this opportunity will be responsible for design and production management of various types of land development projects, including private commercial, office, retail, mixed use, and public. Design will include layout, grading, utility, erosion control, storm water detention and landscaping. Little is dedicated to enhancing client performance by orchestrating the right mix of expertise, creativity and innovation to deliver results beyond architecture. Requirements The successful candidate will have a graduate or undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering, and 5+ years of experience in all aspects of site specific design. In addition, he/she must be proficient in AutoCad, Land Development Desktop, and basic Microsoft applications and have excellent team and client leadership, communication, and scheduling skills. Professional registration is preferred but not required.
