Job Description : This position will provide CADD Management and design drafting services, technical advice and coordination of documented engineering designs on infrastructure projects and other CADD documents delivered by the Baton Rouge, LA office. This will involve working in multi-disciplined project teams to assist with providing consulting services to our internal and external clients and includes the following:- Coordination of drafting services in Baton Rouge, LA office and on projects, including responsibility for meeting of project objectives; overall quality of work and project budgets and timelines; where applicable;- Where appropriate, lead teams of other drafters on multi-disciplined projects;The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to the following:- Manage up to 10 drafting personnel within the Baton Rouge office; - Undertake and oversee the design drafting activities utilizing CADD Systems, to produce design and construction drawings in accordance with company procedures. - Staff development on projects, mentoring and training;- Generally supporting project teams in achieving stated goals.
