Our client is a fast growing corporation located in LA possibly Orange County. They are looking to add another recruiter to their team to help fill positions that are opening in the company due to growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: - Sources candidates. - Prepare and post advertisements. - Manages and negotiates vendor relationships. - Set up interviews for hiring managers and coordination of candidates for interviews. - Qualifies candidates. - Drives strategic recruiting efforts. - Processes employee referrals and internal applications.

Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
