Job Description: This position is responsible for the administration of the College’s internal discrimination complaint process, monitoring of equal employment opportunity compliance, preparation of Affirmative Action Plans and compliance reports, and employee requests for accommodations under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). This position will report to the Manager of EEO/ADA/AA.
Investigate employee and student allegations of violations of discrimination laws; assist with the annual activity of compiling College affirmative action plans and associated goals development and adverse impact statistical analysis; assist with eligibility determinations for employee work accommodation requests under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business or related field and three years applicable human resources experience related to compliance with equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and American with Disabilities Act laws and regulations
