Job Description:
Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Report Analyst for a contract requirement at a customer site in New London, CT. This is an assignment through October 2008 with the possibility of being extended. We are looking for someone to analyze and cleanup data in the IT portfolio system.
Report analyst:
- Analyze data in shared service reports:
- Document the components (build up) of each line item in report (e.g. storage + cabling costs, support engineering maintains servers at consistent patch level)
- Would feed an on-going document to allow future understanding of line items
- Document process to analyze each line item in the report (e.g. review applications are active in ARC and level 2 org is aligned)
- Allow for future analyze of line items ? process for analysis of data and process to cleanup
- Reconcile against all reporting repositories to determine necessary cleanup activities
- Coordinate with repository owners to track cleanup to completion
- Track monetary impact resulting from charges
