Job Description:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a highly visible and fast paced technical team with product and client support for all Connectivity. In this role you will be not only leading a team of twenty people involved with change within Electronic Trading, but also bringing new ideas to fruition and implementing systems as you grow the group.

Job Requirements:
Our search is for someone who has the following experience and skills:
Prior experience leading senior managers and infrastructure support and development teams in a global or matrix environment.
Strong understanding of Equity Trading Life Cycle.
Brokerage Operations involving connectivity (i.e. Algorithmic Trading, dark pools, FIX, ATS, OMS, Market Data.
Knowledge and understanding of Product Support operations and management.
Understanding and background in meeting and exceeding SLA commitments.
Experience in process improvement activities to drive Global Product Support metrics.
Strategic, creative thinking and visionary mentality with excellent communication capability.
Demonstrated ability to function well in a mission critical, high pressure environment.
Proven management and leadership ability to respond to changing needs, prioritize quickly and make decisions.
