Job Description:
Headway Corporate Resources has been entrusted to find a Director of Revenue Cycle and Medical Billing with a management billing company. This individual will play an integral part in the success and growth of our client's company!

Duties included but not limited to:
Monitoring and implementing all aspects of billing workflow and have a current and thorough knowledge of industry regulations.
Maintaining productive business relationships with vendors, clients and business associates.
Managing and developing supervisors and staff.
Implementation and proper application of HIPAA laws and regulation standards.
Supporting and directing to other department supervisors and managers.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Required.
5+ years of management experience with both hourly and salary employees.
Physician billing is a MUST.
Ability to identify and mentor other talented individuals working for you is crucial to your success.
Working in a fast paced environment.

Responsible for all aspects of employee performance and the developmental and execution of departmental standards and goals.

Compensation: $75,000-95,000 + bonuses
