Job Description:
Enter work requests into the work order system and update safety work orders weekly. Participate in period plant wide, daily start up and department meetings Prepare all period, monthly and quarterly safety data for submission to departmental diary notes, General Manager and Division VP; to include facility accidents, lost time accidents, contact rate and TIR Facilitate accident investigation and follow-up, Accident and Root Cause Analysis Maintain all facility Safety Awareness Center Boards. Participate in the development of and coordinate the completion of all JSAs: update and maintain as necessary in cooperation with Facility Training and Department Managers Assist in the compilation and filing of all necessary permits and reports with all required federal and state agencies Storm Water TNRCC, Tier II, EPA, FDA, City Of Fort Worth, TCEQ environmental and air quality programs, waste management EMS, others to be completed as directed by HR Manager. Conduct/Schedule training of new observers/steering team, Annual OSHA refresher training, as necessary and as requested by HR Manager. (Annual January off-site training day compile training plan update all training programs required under matrix, assign trainers for each class section, schedule and assist HR Manager in scheduling at off-site facility for ABC plant team. Maintain the MSDS Plan and emergency response plan.
